T3 braces are an advanced Self Ligating bracket. This is the self ligating brace we use in our practice. Selective engagement allows the orthodontist to choose the ideal balance between low friction and interactive control for each treatment phase. Early in treatment, with smaller dimension round and rectangular wires, T3 bracket clips are passive, allowing teeth to unravel and level freely and quickly. As treatment progresses into larger rectangular wires, T3’s unique clip actively engages the wire, providing three-dimensional control for precision detailing. The Red, White and Blue appliances made by AOA Orthodontics offer a solution to those patients who need only small improvements to the alignment of their teeth or who desire certain limited improvements. This appliance is for patients who want the simplest aesthetic system possible to correct minor to intermediate front teeth mal-alignments. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, these appliances will not affect a patient’s speech and are very cost effective.
The system consists of One, Two or Three invisible active appliances. Each appliance expresses progressive correction, and in some situations over-correction of selected teeth. The appliances are fabricated from AOA’s exclusive clear, flexible and extremely durable DuraClear material.
