Adam J. Martin, DDS, MS
Dr. Martin was raised and educated in Provo. He graduated with honors in 1999 from BYU and was then accepted to the top-ranked dental program at University of Texas Health Sciences Center, San Antonio. In 2003 Dr. Martin graduated Summa Cum Laude, the highest honor conferred on any graduate in his class of 100 students. He was also selected for the national dental honor fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Dr. Martin dreamed of becoming an orthodontist since the tenth grade, when he had braces. After dental school, he was accepted to the graduate orthodontic residency program at Baylor College of Dentistry-Dallas, Texas. There he completed two additional years of advanced training in the theory and practice of orthodontics and treated patients under the tutelage of some of the most renowned orthodontists in the nation.
For his graduate thesis, Dr. Martin conducted a scientific survey on smile attractiveness. In the process, he became an expert on the most current research dealing with one key question: what makes a beautiful smile?
Dr. Martin’s favorite part about being an orthodontist is helping patients of all ages. He loves doing his very best to give each individual the best smile possible. He pays close attention to detail and promises to make your braces as comfortable as possible. In his spare time, Dr. Martin enjoys spending time with his siblings, nieces, nephews, and parents who live in Salt Lake and Provo. He loves just about anything to do with the outdoors and is especially passionate about downhill skiing. He is excited to be living in his home state of Utah and looks forward to raising a family here in the Roy area.
Professional Memberships:

- Member of the American Association of Orthodontists (requires two additional years of graduate training to permit announcement as a "specialist" in orthodontics)
